Free point relais shipping with Mondial Relay and Chronopost for the following countries:
Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg.
You can also choose delivery by the French Post Office (Colissimo with signature) or the Belgian Post Office (Standard parcel with signature) and we will send you a tracking number for each shipment, in which case delivery is charged at 7€ for the following countries:

We ship your orders from our logistics centre in Mouscron, Belgium, on the French border.
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 to 96 hours (working days).

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of goods sold on this website for standard exchange or refund up to 30 days after the order has been placed. With the exception of hidden defects or defective products, the product(s) ordered must not have been used or opened. The returned product(s) must be in their original packaging and must reach us intact at the address:
