Home delivery

Paris Elysees Parfums offers home delivery within 2 to 5 working days for the countries listed below:

Spain / Portugal / Italy / France / Belgium / Luxembourg / Netherlands / Germany / United Kingdom.

Home deliveries are made by Chronopost. (express delivery).
Your parcel will be delivered to you upon signature and presentation of proof of identity.

Home delivery costs are €7.

Delivery to a collection point

Paris Elysees Parfums offers delivery to a collection point within 3 to 8 working days for the countries listed below:

Spain / Portugal / Italy / France / Belgium / Luxembourg / Netherlands / Germany / United Kingdom.

Deliveries to collection points are made by Chronopost, within their network of collection points.
You choose the collection point you want and receive a parcel tracking number and alerts by email or SMS.
Your parcel will be handed over to you upon signature and presentation of proof of identity.

Delivery to a collection point is free of charge.

30-day return policy

You may return your order within 30 days, provided that the product(s) have not been opened or used.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued once we have received and verified your order.

Refunds are issued with Stripe, using the same payment method you used.

1. Shipping Costs & Information

1.1 Free Delivery

We offer free relay point delivery, with no purchase limit, for all the countries listed above.
Delivery to a relay point is made via the Chronopost network.
You will have 8 working days to collect your order from the relay point you have selected.
Your parcel will be delivered to you on presentation of proof of identity and on signature.

We ship your orders from our logistics centre in Mouscron, Belgium, at the heart of Europe.
Orders are processed and dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the early afternoon.
Orders generally arrive within 3 to 5 days, depending on where you live and the period of the year.

2. Returns & Refund

(2.1) We accept returns of goods sold on this website for standard exchange or refund up to 30 days after the order has been placed. With the exception of hidden defects or defective products, the product(s) ordered must not have been used or opened. The returned product(s) must be in their original packaging and must reach us intact at the address:
Laboratoires Paris Elysees SPRL, 10 Avenue du Château, 7700 Mouscron, Belgium.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of this shipment.
