1. Shipping Costs & Information

We ship orders placed on this website only to the following countries:
France | Belgium | Luxemburg | Netherlands | Germany | Italy | Spain | Portugal.
You will not be able to order from our website if your delivery address is not one of the countries listed above.

1.1 Free Delivery

We offer free relay point delivery, with no purchase limit, for the following countries:
Spain | France | Belgium | Luxembourg.
Delivery to a relay point is made via the Mondial Relay network or the Chronopost network, depending on where you live.
You will have 8 working days to collect your order from the relay point you have selected.
Your parcel will be delivered to you on presentation of proof of identity and on signature.

1.2 Home Delivery

Home delivery is available for €7 for the countries listed below:
France | Belgium | Luxemburg | Netherlands | Germany | Italy | Spain | Portugal.
Home delivery is carried out by the French Post Office (standard Colissimo), the Belgian Post Office (standard parcels), Chronopost or Mondial Relay, depending on where you live.
Your parcel will be delivered to you on presentation of proof of identity and on signature.

1.3 Delivery terms and deadlines

We ship your orders from our logistics centre in Mouscron, Belgium, at the heart of Europe.
Orders are processed and dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the early afternoon.
Orders generally arrive within 2 to 5 days, depending on where you live and the period of the year.

2. Returns & Refund

(2.1) We accept returns of goods sold on this website for standard exchange or refund up to 30 days after the order has been placed. With the exception of hidden defects or defective products, the product(s) ordered must not have been used or opened. The returned product(s) must be in their original packaging and must reach us intact at the address:
Laboratoires Paris Elysees SPRL, 10 Avenue du Château, 7700 Mouscron, Belgium.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of this shipment.
