Paris Elysees Parfums does not apply postal charges for the shipment of your orders via Mondial Relay, the shipments in delivery point are free on our website.
You also have the possibility to have your package sent directly to your home by the French Post Office (Colissimo with signature) or the Belgian Post Office (standard package with signature) which will cost you 7€ and we send you a tracking number for each shipment.
We ship your orders from our logistics center in Mouscron, Belgium, at the French border.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with a tracking number.
RETURNS
We accept returns on goods sold on this website up to 30 days after the order has been placed. With the exception of hidden defects or defective products, the product(s) ordered must not have been used or opened.
